sorry i don't understand you want to create a catégorie view to display article with same texte value ?
2 ways :
-create a link to categorie and use block filter option : read the tool tip to insert good code
-use universal module to do the same thing

I feel that this is and advanced feature to me. FC is big and I am small...
I have a button field with color value: red, green...
I have some articles in some categories with differents values (red or green...)
I want a system (menus, buttons...) to display all articles with specific color

you have a field that has "colors" and you want to filter your category view (list of items) by this field

but also you want to display the filter as a color radio or color button

currently thw available modes are
- drop down multiselector (tag-like)
- radio
- radioimage
- checkbox
- checkboximage
- text range (2 text input box to specifiy the range)
- 2 drop down selector range
special
- date picker
- date picker range

Could be a good new feature like a create menu "tagged item" but select by field elements

you want to filter a category view
(or multi-category view)

using specific values of fields ?
- you can do now, in your menu-item

1. enable "parameters override" , i say enable i mean for category for mulit-category it is always ON
2. go inside the TAB "Override Alpha, Search, Filters"
3. find section "Fields" and inside it find parameter "enable locked filters", set to YES
and the inside the textare "Locked Filters" add your desired filter values
(please read popup description of the 2 parameters)
