Upgrade to latest version and Joomla 3.x was created by ghrb

We need to upgrade a website from Joomla 1.5 to 3.x.
The Flexicontent version is 1.5.2
Flexicontent has a category with a custom template.
How can the upgrade be done?

Hello

JUpgrade creates a subfolder in a live site but you will do well to backup

Latest version for J1.5 was
v2.1.1 r1793
