How to change text label on tab

Hi
I have a site which has a couple of tabs across the page. I have tried to change the spelling of 'Apres ski' to 'Après Ski' and have gone to the
fields section and searched for the text and changed all the instances of this word but it still has not changed it on the tab. Where is it getting it from?

you are using some Joomla Tabs plugin or some Joomla Tabs module, you must find this and change it there

i do not know what TABs you are using, but they are not TABs created using FLEXIcontent JS

I looked inside the 'Item' and the tabs are displaying inside the Flexicontent item in the backend.
See screenshot attached.
As you can see, the tab with the 'Apres ski' is showing the special character on the e but it does not show on the front end.

I have searched the extension and modules but there is no other tab extension installed so these tabs must be coming from Flexicontent or am I missing something?

are you speaking of changing TAB label in item form or in item viewing ?

so you want to change the label in the FORM ?
- in fields manager , open the field type and type:
item form

you will get an option:
Item Form Tab / Fieldset / Custom HTML

edit the listed fields
