Manual SEF linking of items in Custom HTML

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone knows how to handle SEF links when having to link items in the text area HTML field of a fieldgroup? I now have a fieldgroup that connect 2 content items of a different type together (with more information linked to that "connection", so I can't use relation) and I would like to link them on Frontend HTML show. However, when I put the link in the prefix (<a href="index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=item&cid=1&id={{contentitem##0##_value_}}">) it obviously does not show a SEF friendly url! Anyone know a way, even with changing code in the core files? I've been going crazy about this!

more fields will get custom layout file option for
- editing display
- viewing display

- International address field and file field have in v3.0.8

Also more fields will get custom output option (PHP code in field configuration parameter)
- in v3.0.8 you have custom output option for text field:

(in the picture below, second parameter is the category id, which in the example i used zero)
