Is it possible to use Flexi as downloads component?
Is it possible to add mirror fields?

yes you can
1 create a type (download for exemple) assign an item tabed template to your type
2 you can create field for value display and field for download assign field to download type
3 in your template drag and drop you field in display position

I'm just trying to figure out whether it is possible to build using Flexicontent files directory with the modules: top downloaded, top rated, recently updated and same sort options.
