Hi I'm using Flexicontent version 3.0.14-rc3 and Joomla! version 3.5.1

I have a Flexicontent search module on my website and would like to style the results of the search. I have two types, articles and documents. Documents have a few Flexicontent fields that I have created. When I get the results of the search, I would like to have my documents in the same template as my other pages. Instead it shows the author, the created date, modified date, modified by, etc. Where can I change the template for the search results?

Thanks

Hello

All multi-item views except for SEARCH view, have been merged into category view:
- Multiple categories view (items in selected categories)
- Tagged Items
- Favoured Items
- My Items
- Authored (by) Items

To customize search view
- You can select fields and display option in the Search view MENU item
- Ansd to customize HTML too, create a Joomla template override for

Copy file
components/com_flexicontent/views/search/tmpl/default_results.php
to
templates/JOOMLA_TEMPLATE_NAME/html/com_flexicontent/search/default_results.php

and then customize

Hi,

What do you mean by this: You can select fields and display option in the Search view MENU item?
My search is only a module that appears on every page, don't have a menu item for it.

Hello

To configure the ITEM listing after the module submit you must:

1. Create a FLEXIContent SEARCH view menu item, and configure it !!
2. Edit your FLEXIContent search MODULE(s) and then select in it the menu item that you created

That is why module does not have parameters, because you are supposed to do the above !
(parameter is near the top of the module)

- Also you can create 1 search menu item, and set it as defaut in Component parameters ... and then set module to "Use component default"

Oh sorry, I created the above but still don't know how to hide the created date, user that created the article.

Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks
