image field - display options

dear flexicontent-team,

i would like to have your advice.
for a website, i use the image-field to display project-images. this works fi as long as all images are displayed the same way (attached image - section a)

now, we would like to display the images more flexible, for example, some images should be 100%, other 50%, etc etc. (attache image - section b)

we could give the images different classe, but as i can see, classes can not be added into particular images.
or do you have an idea how to get this display-method, without changing the image-plugin?

i think the best way will be to
duplicate image field to create yours and add a mansory dipslay

Hello

The image-gallery field will be the last field to be added with custom layouts
- in next version only image field, and relation field will not have a custom layout

There is a major rewrite for image-gallery field UI but that is for item form
- moving image display to layouts will happen in next major version, after the one that is coming shortly ...
