Different labels and values for field in item view and filter?

Hi!
Is it possible to display different labels and values for item and filter?

For example, we have dropdown field "Windows compatibility".

It have values: 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP.

In item values should displays in same way:

Compatibility: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP.

But in filters each value should displays with prefix Windows.

How to do this?

Also, how to configure different labels for filter and item view.

Hello

YES, you can do it for some fields

That is for some fields:
- select / selectmultiple
- checkbox / checkboximage
- radio / radioimage

The parameter "elements" can be customized in the "Filtering TAB" !
just reconfigure the elements there and set different LABELS,
but make sure that the "values" are the same
