May be we have some field, where we should insert SQL query?

All I need is text field with placed item ID in it.
SO, I can use this field in filters.

Hello

you need to describe what you have in mind about the "ID fillter"

- how it should look

e.g. our text search box can be used for this purpose ?
"Search or ID:nnn"

Or you propose to add a new filter
that
- will display label "item ID" and some "placeholder text"

you may post a picture of yours of some other website of how it should look
