How to force a template for an item in many categories ? was created by AlainR
Hi.
We have some items published in many categories.
We thought the item would be displayed with the template of the main category. But this is not the case and we do not understand the logic :
How does it work? how does FLEXIcontent choose the template?

items in category use categorie template
but item (unique) view use template define in type
FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

We sometimes encounter the problem that the template of a secondary category is used (view : items in category)

in second category it the template of second category
did you find a bug ?

Yes, because we were hoping that the items would appear with the template of the main category and not of a secondary category ...

without codding no sens ...
just use same template for each category
