[SOLVED] Relation Field and Item Selection

not understanding the error but I have attached picture showing the error. Can you explain what may be occurring. It does not seem to effect another TYPE and field definition.

there is an issue with sharemedia field,
it will break if you use - (minus letter) in its field name

and that is why the item form has broken
- i have changed the field "Name" from "ship-video" to "ship_video"

and now, item form works, please leave it like this, we will make a fix for next version
