What does mean zero access?

And why items with public access have this label in frontend?

Hello

if you see a number NNN inside access field

then it means the access level with ID number NNN
does not exist

Hello

e.g.
in J1.5 access ZERO was the public access

if you have such non-existing access then you should change it to an access that actually exists
