Radiobutton Field couldn't save zero value was created by zinger

Hello,
If i configure extra RadioButton(image) field with field elements set to << 1::Yes%% 0::No >>
Then I can't set for any item value=0 or the same Label=No
As i research one of the reason in the Item Model file string 773. This condition is false for value = '0'
But it's not only reason. Even if i set manually in the DB value to 0 item still can't show it correctly.
Now i'm using workaround with <<1::Yes%% 2::No>> and it's work fine.
