[SOLVED] Problem with help when mouse pointer is over on Title, Tags (Please see images) was created by bunnachart

Dear Developer

With the help when mouse pointer is over that is show notices for help but after that the field is disappear
for sample is see sample

I don't know to much about code php

Update and now is ok
because conflict with some plugins and i already uninstall it.

Hello

please note that tags have now 2 ACL options in the permissions of every user group (click configuration to open component parameters and then go to permissions TAB):
- assign tags
- create new tags

which are used by item form
