Issue: problem for "add to bottom" button for groupfield when modify item

1. Created some meta-fields and a groupfield.
2. Included some meta-fields in groupfield.
3. Finished content in one groupfield and click button "add to bottom" to finish another groupfield.
4. Saved the item.
----THEN----
1. Modified the same item with two groupfields already created inside.
2. Deleted the second groupfield.
3. Clicked button "add to bottom", then bug appears.

Normally, the format of two groupfields should be same, because they have the same type. However, the new groupfield has wrong numbers of meta-fields. All the meta-fields have been duplicated three times. And i really have no idea how does it happened.

If i delete all groupfields and click button "add to bottom", the groupfield will be good. It seems like this bug only happens when you delete one groupfield then create a new one.

I have found that if we put "new groupfield" button inside the field, it will be ok. This bug only happens when this button is at the bottom of groupfield.

the toggle system is done for inline both not for other need some update

Yes, i have created a field that was assigned to 2 different fieldgroups fields. We have a same title field for each groupfield.

Additionally, i have found something else. The button <span> should be inside the groupfield <ul>, but it is outside when button's position is "appende to bottom". I made the screenshots. It seems like the problem happends when creating button by our classes field PHP.

there is a warning in the "use in group"
never use the same field in 2 field groups,

-- this is because
1. the values are stored per field in the DB
2. the HTML tag ids are duplicate in the item form causing unpredicted issues

please create an extra field to use in the other field group

after you make sure of the above please re-test
and give some feedback here

about the button at the bottom i will re-test it
