Unaccesible categories after deleting other categories (Cache) was created by jrodgar

Hi!

I located a little inconvenience. I deleted several unused categories (send to the garbage and later removed). When I access ed later the article form, I couldn´t choose a category and some errors appeared on the page. While checking, looks like $globalcats was in a erroneus state

It solved deleting the cache, but I guess this is something you would like to know
