if you didn't see option in field administration no lol
group field only work with multi values field

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

Currently this is not implemented
Indeed the field needs to be made "multi-value" before we fieldgroup support is added to it

I think it is possible to add support for this
but this would take some effort
and this is not in our short term plans
