And tab "Fichiers Images and STL"

- in the submit menu item you have not selected an item type
but in FLEXIcontent fields depend on the type

select a type in the configuration of the submit menu item and the fields will appear

(a question is why the item type selector is not shown ? maybe you have hidden it or we have a bug that hides it)
