In case someone needs this, too (see subject above):

Just create a backend-menu-item of type "System > URL", and set the URL to something like the folling.

Here are some valid urls:
  1. index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=items&filter_cats=1
  2. index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=items&filter_cats=1&filter_lang=de-DE
  3. index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=items&filter_cats=1&filter_lang=de-DE&filter_type=2

[What i tried]
1) I am aware of module "FlexiContent Admin Dashboard", and that helps creating content in a filtered way.
The module also lets us set various buttons fo that task. and it reveals the correct URL-params not visible when using the backend's list-item-view.

hello thanks for flexicontent admin
about front an other way better for seo
create hidden menu to your category and add filter (initial or blocked) in override option
like this idfilter##value
=> after you can it with an sef url

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Yes, sure, for frontend-views I'd always follow your described way.
My above way ist just to make my backend-users' life easier. :)

Hello

For FC v4 (master branch)

We already added added types inside TABs to the backend items manager

I understand that in your case you need a combination with categories and language

yes the way you added them will be supported in the future too
