Frontend edit state dropdown icons don't display properly

On my site, when I'm logged into the frontend as an admin or anyone else who's allowed to edit articles, the change state icons' view is messed up.
When I login it looks like this:

But it's clickable, so when I click onto the green checkmark, the icons hide. I recently upgraded to FC 3.0.4 so maybe some css didn't update correctly. Also I think the green checkmark should be rigth next to the "edit" button.
How can I fix this?

you have a javascript conflict beteween template/module/plugin and flexicontent ... try to desactived jquery if you can or maybe try easyjquery plugin

the state selector is closed using Javascript, this display is because a javascript error causes javascript to stop executing, thus you get these to remain open
