Non-superadmin can't see all categories in backend was created by mcmurdok

Hello,
i found a bug that in backend (categories listing) non-superadmins can't see other categories than those which are public.

The reason I think is, that the variable $user in /administrator/components/com_flexicontent/models/base/baselist.php in line 537 isn't defined as usual ($user = JFactory::getUser(); is missing)

Can you confirm that or am I wrong? By adding $user = JFactory::getUser(); everything works fine. But it is an unwanted core hack.

hello can you create a pr on github for testing ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

sorry I'm not familiar with the use of repositories. But here are the values of my environment:

Joomla! 3.9.12
flexicontent 3.3.1.5
PHP 7.3.9
MySQL 5.6.43

it seems this has not been fixed into any branch

i have included the fix to latest release
here is the new official release (you can use install via URL to install it)
