Customising multiple category layout to display filtered item

I have a plugin of flexicontent field type, I want to filter items in multiple category layout on the basis of this new plugin value.

I can achieve this by modifying flexicontent core files. But I dont want to do it by changing core files. Is there any other possibility..??

already implemented

for category view you can have
- initial filter values (after category view loads, then user can override them)
- locked filter values (these user cannot override and if filter is not display then it is also hidden)

the above parameters exist inside:

in component configuration, "Category View" TAB / "Search-Filter Form" TAB / Field Filters TAB
in category configuration "Search-Filter Form" TAB / Field Filters TAB

in category menu item "Search-Filter Form" TAB / Field Filters TAB
in multi-category menu item "Search-Filter Form" TAB / Field Filt

NOTE: usually you will not set this in component, or in category configuratio
-- instead you will set it in category MENU item !!
thus you can create custom filtered views of your category / categories

NOTE:
if you want to lock 2 or more values of a field
then besides configuring the above
-- you also need to go to the field configuration and select a MUTLI-value display !!
the above is required even if the field is hidden !!

it is important to be able to update with need to re-apply hacks

I have created a flexicontent field plugin to upload CSV file. Data of CSV file is stored in databse, one column of CSV file has username. I want to filter listing of category on the basis of this field.
