Fixes

• Fixed creation of respective Joomla tags being broken, causing an non-editable Joomla tag record
• Fixed saving of item form when no tags are used (thanks @iamkeng)
• Fixed publish_up and published down format being destroyed when using custom date format for language string
• Fixed issue with (translation) associations being cleared during doing a CSV import update
• Fixed dirty (search, filter) flags not always cleared for unpublished fields, causing unneeded/annoying warning in backend views to recreate search indexes
• Fixed Rokbox and widgetkit layouts of image gallery field not including title in the pop window
• Fixed issue with deleting trashed categories not checking if the children categories are also possible to delete

Adding

• Changes to make re-importing export CSV files more easy. Like treating secondary categories selector as a default value for new items only. Added 3 from configuration form fields to backend CSV export button
• Added 2 reverse ordering options to configuration 1 for 'Current category Order' and 1 for 'Global ordering
