i can't edit articles in backend, [INVALID]

ok, so The problem is that the users do not click on the button close or save, but if close the browser,

If you close the browser?
This make no difference the item has been marked as checked out, and the editor that opened it must close it or you must make Global checkin.

sorry I don't understand, why is the reason for this situation? is becouse de users don't close the article whit the button save or close.

so the "solution" is always click in the button close or save to exit an article?
