Bonjour,
Exemple:
monannuaire/professionnel/125-MrLeProfessionnel
(ou 125- est l'ID de l'article)

Actuellement, j'ai ceci:
monannuaire/professionnel/item/125-MrLeProfessionnel

Removing this would make the link be a "category" link.

To have a full knowledge of FLEXIcontent SEF urls , read a small but good explanation of their structure here:

Structure of FLEXIcontent SEF URLs

Creating shorter/nicer SEF urls and structure of item URLs

Bonjour,

The "item" can be removed only if

1. EITHER:
You create a Joomla menu item to point to your article
2. OR:
You use a SEF component that can create links using the item title

NOTE:
That "item" poses no problem to your links, other than being a little less cosmetic, but it is not possible to remove without special handling (this applies to other CCKs too)

bisousbisous

Please consider these

1. If we remove it then the item link will become a category link !! breaking all FLEXIcontent links
When we choose to select which links would "one segment only with title" we choose to them to be the category links !! (of course any FLEXIcontent link will be a single (last) segment link if it has a related menu item)

2. Your Google Ranking is not effected at all by a extra segment in the link !!

-- But to answer your question, could we remove it if we tried "hard" enough ??

Yes could implement the functionality of SH404SEF, and have a DB table to make MAPPINGs,

-- But then consider this:

Joomla has not done it, nor any other CCK has done it (to create URL mappings stored in a DB table)

Custom SEF components do it.

But this is not bad idea it would of course mean that FLEXIcontent would start partially competing with SEF URL making components
