Où doit on enlevé le

Qu'entends tu par dossier "module"

Si c'est la gestion des modules, oui j'ai bien paramétré et activé le module tag.

non dans le dossier module de ton installation joomla tu aura un dossier tagcloud je crois et tu edite le fichier php en cherchant la ligne cité plus haut
