Import doesn't do anything was created by jimijon

Hello -

I am using:

version 2.0.1 (r1659)
j version: 2.5.9
php: 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.5

When I click Import... nothing happens? I tripled checked all the required fields etc... but it just won't submit the page or do anything or show any error. All it does is append a # at the end of the url.

Help I really need to import my items

Hello,
you should be getting a JS error when you try to submit form, right?

1. in file
administrator/components/com_flexicontent/views/import/view.html find line 88:

Code:

$lists['type_id'] = flexicontent_html::buildtypesselect($types, 'type_id', '', true, 'class="inputbox" size="1"');

and replace it with:

$lists['type_id'] = flexicontent_html::buildtypesselect($types, 'type_id', '', true, 'class="inputbox" size="1"', 'type_id');

the above will fix validation of form

2. then make sure you have set the correct FIELD and ROW separators to match your CSV file format

3. in debug parameter enter 2 to make some tests before importing

4. submit the form
