Hi,

I check in FAQ but I can't find how to customize an exinsting template like "presentation"
I check the item.php but there in nothing in :(

I just would like to remove one of title H1 "componentheading" or H2 "contentheading"; for my personal use, one will be enough.

I've check on template by admin but Title was not in use, so I don't know how to do. Do I create my own template or there is another way?

Thansk in advance for our help

Greg

Hello

there are some instructions inside item.php
they say to copy content of another file inside item.php

and then customize

I'm sorry but I don't really understand, because I want to modify "presentation" item, not another one.

I will be happy to copy in item.php the file, but they wrote "then please copy the following file here to customize the HTML too" but no indication about which following file :?

Sorry but I don't understand. Could you indicate me which file I have to copy in item.php to customize "presentation" template

As I understand you shall copy the file modular.php from folder tmpl_common in your template and modify it to your needs.

Hello

i copy the contents of the file

// Modular item layout
// If customizing via CSS rules or JS scripts is not enough, then please copy the following file here to customize the HTML too

include(JPATH_SITE.DS.'components'.DS.'com_flexicontent'.DS.'tmpl_common'.DS.'item_layouts'.DS.'modular.php');

as you can see the above, the following file is:
"joomla_folder/components/com_flexicontent/tmpl_common/item_layouts/modular.php"

don't forget to duplicate template "presentation" to presentation1 before changing the item.php

Regards
