Falang parameter setting in multilingual site

Hi

I use falang fully on my test site today

For the moment i have this configuration:



I have to follow your recommandation : using Joomla core translation for content and Falang for all other stuff.
Simply to said, not so simply to manage

means i have to desactive Falang support on flexicontent ?

What will be the best parameters i should fix in Flexicontent ? No eveverywhere ?

set "Falang support" to "YES"

edit "Falang translations" to "No" (= you will translate items the Joomla/FLEXIcontent way = 1 item per translation)

Do I need to say "yes" to activate group of translation ?



I have few articles already translated via Falang

What i want to do
delete content element "article" in Falang



and continue to use FaLang Language Switcher module

if you have backend users maybe you would want to delete it to avoid them adding translation this way

you have 2 or more items associated together as translating same content, so items are switched when you change the language

- the message is because you have enabled debugging of language switching in FLEXIcontent Advanced Route (system plugin)

you can disable language switching of associated items in the above plugin
