Me ! Again !! For a new question !!!
:)
So, i saw something in FC2.2.0 r1974 under J!3.3.6.
I use in an article a text field with multiples values.
When I fill my values, i put in the first value "Monday", in the second some explanation, in the third "Tuesday", etc...
I check the result on the website and.. the days are translated in french !!!
I have "Lundi", "Mardi", etc... !!
How the system can translate my content like that ?? How can i prevent this ?
By the way, i can't remember if i saw this somewhere, but is this version working in multilangual ? I try to show the Joomla Language selector and the module is shown empty...

Thanks :)

it's joomla langage manage...

defaut fronted is selected Fr-fr. I right !
so all files in langage folder FR-fr are use to display terms in frontend.
and in this files you found recurrent translation about joomla,component... and your specific translation if you add this

Put your defaut langage frontend in english and you display value in english.

I'm sorry but it's a joomla basic usage... since J1.5 and propably mambo !

Sorry, it seems I don't understand your question and Problem. I make a mistake.

Hello

do you mean in item view, or when field is displayed as filter?

-- the values of fields are passed through language filtering by default

there is an option in text field configuration to disable it

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

I'm going to see on the field configuration.
And i'm allready on english as default language for the site, but i cannot see the language in the language selection module (nothing rise on the page event if the module is loaded).
...
Tried to put "language filter value" on "Off" in fields, flush the cache, but the days are still translated...

Hello

in most fields you cannot turn this off, only for

text field

we added this parameter to turn it off in when field is displayed, and when it is field is displayed as filter

1. so try to set this parameter in the text field configuration
2. in future we may add this parameter in more

about language module i don't understand why you mention the module, the language selection module is for switching the language, and it is not directly relevant to your question

It's a text field with multiples values : as i wrote, i tried to disabled the function in the text field without success ("translation" still here).

You write me that the language selection is made to switch between language (i'm aware of this !) and if i talk about this, that's because i was wondering if both things was linked (defaut language in english for the site, no flags or selection of languages available in the module despite i have the language activated, translation in french in the site even with the english language by default...) : that's why i was wondering about this module and thinking it was relevant to this...
