this should be automatic

currently language of the map should be the same as the Joomla language selected for current frontend user ?
is it not like that ?

It seems - no.

It not uses Joomla language and not uses Browser language...

Then this is not proper
we should make a fix,

i am updating the field tomorrow to make 2 changes and 1 fix
will check / fix language too

Hello

i think currently map is using the language reported by your browser

can you double re-check if language from brower is used ?

e.g.
yesterday i removed custom placeholder from the search field
and i saw that my first browser language appeared in the search field

and also (regardless of the search field) browser language is used in the map !

Hi!
My browser in russian language.
But Google maps displays in ukrainian, mau be because I'm жщсфеув шт Ukraine.

I believe we should add 2 parameters.

1. Force domain
2. Force language

If you are not agree, please tell which files to edit.

i think it is enough to set the currently active Joomla Interface language,
no need to add a configuration option for this

i said we should not force a specific language

but maybe language should be:
- Joomla User interface language
- Browser prefered language

for now will change it to Joomla User interface language
