Navigation field creates different links for items than the links created by the category view

Hello!
For example we have items with normal path

www.somesite.com/category/subcategory/subsubcategory/item

But Navigation field creates links without last subsubcategory

www.somesite.com/category/subcategory/item

Also, Loop previous / next option works only for subcategory, not for subsubcategory, where item located.

Hmmmm... Issue not in Navigation field.

We have item page
www.somesite.com/category/subcategory/subsubcategory/101-item

If we remove subsubcategory from URL we will get

www.somesite.com/category/subcategory/101-item

So, links in Navigation field will displays without subsubcategory too.

I crawled my site with special software and found many duplicates like:
www.somesite.com/category/subcategory/101-item
www.somesite.com/category/subcategory/subsubcategory/101-item
www.somesite.com/category/subcategory/102-item
www.somesite.com/category/subcategory/subsubcategory/102-item

Have no idea, why it happens.
I have many categories and menu items for each category...

Ok, I found reason of issue.

I have categories:

Directory
-category
-subcategory
-subsubcategory

Item should be added only in subsubcategory!

But I added 1 item in subcategory by mistake.

Then, Navigation field generates links for items without subsubcategory.

1. I think there is bug in Navigation field, because it have looping mode, but subcategory had only 1 item. Other items placed in subsubcategory.
2. If we remove subsubcategory from URL - page still opens (no 404 error). We need fix it.
3. How to disallow adding items in
-category
-subcategory
but allow adding items in
-subsubcategory?

not a bug, but not optimal either
that is why we have rel canonical

but FLEXIcontent item navigation field is much better
than Joomla article navigation (next/previous), which cannot use settings of the current view

e.g. 1 setting is mentioned here:
github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/19453

FLEXIcontent item navigation field , after a lot of efforts uses all settings of the category / multi-item view that navigation started ...

I sent you them again in PM.

When you will testing just remove last subcategory in item url - and it will not show 404 - it creates duplicate.

Also I sent second PM message with another mistake category for item. It only one in subcategory, but navigation field creates url for items in subsubcategory.
