How to add currency for INR (₹) in text fields was created by nikitagupta2106

Hi,

How do I add a new currency INR (₹) in text fields? I see only Currency $ and €.

I'm asking because INR has a different comma position like this: ₹10,25,47,123.00 unlike Euros and USD.

hello use custom and read description to create own

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

I'm sorry. I'm a little lost as to which "custom" or "description" you're referring to!

hello in list choose "custom mask (property list)" or use regex rule
and you will have a input to add your custom mask (in list you have some exemple)

Thank you but I can't figure out how to go about putting the correct expressions! Is there any documentation?

I basically want the $ symbol to change to ₹ symbol and the placement of the comma in the INR format which is ₹10,50,34,123.00 instead of $105,034,123.00

I'm not a highly technical person and can't figure out how to go about this!! I went through their documentation and descriptions but can't understand anything!

I simply want to replace $ with ₹.

hello i think custom mask isn't the solution for you
just use : enteger unsigned
and in display tab use suffix option to add ₹ for each value
result : user can't type other thing like number and ₹ was display in each value in front
no problem on filtering

Okay. I did that but now I cannot type decimal points. how can I allow decimal points where users can type like 25.27?

I really wish I could do the masking format as it is perfect.
