file folder error

file folder error was created by tratru
Hi,
I have a problem that I can't figure out what's causing it.
After updating Joomla to version 5.3.4, I noticed that the system no longer allows me to access the files section from the administrator area, and it gives me this error.
 

If I go to download a file from the user side it takes me back to the default page with this message
 
The php version is 8.3.23

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
