are you displaying description using a template parameter (blog template) or using a "description" field in a template position

And it is probably done by such a plugin
To see if this is done by flexicontent. Make a fresh joomla install and then install FC.

it's a production site, i can't do that your ask like that ...and it's a lot of work only to see if it's fc or not .....i am a bit surprise.
it's a little fragile if fc is so sensitive to a plugin .. Is it not more easy to see plugin by plugin, deactivate one and the other etc ?
When you say manipulated by content i am a lttle confuse , you mean by an editor or a plugin for an editor ?

How fc work with introduction because it's only in introduction text not full text ?

il ne penses pas que cela soit un soucis de flexioncent mais peut être un soucis d'un autres plugin c'est pour cela qu'il propose de tester sur une installation toute fraiche ...
mais je n'ai jamais vue ce soucis sur mes sites
quelle version de flexi et de joomla ?

I finally found, makes some thanks to your allusion to “content " and I thank you, it is Dropeditor which is responsible; it is insane the time which I waste because the various modules, plugin or extension do not works between them. Dropeditor, before it was “JSN page builder” etc… I am in a phase of conversion of a set of site of J 1.5 towards J 3, which I profit to make evolve, accommodation does not make it possible to make turn Drupal correctly also I sought something more approaching the features that I had before and thus after comparison I chose FC which goes well as a whole and is appropriate to me, but the “system” Joomla as a whole, without FC being in question, is a true fair… Drupal which is famous more difficult of access seemed easier to me; i had others issue but not theses ones.
