Erros trying to add content

Same inside item configuration for all items.

Édit each type select flat for backend and front end
Save and ré édit it to select tabs form
It will solve all
I do it for livre

micker, I did it now. It didnt solve also.
Changed all items in front and back end to flat (see attachment).
After I change them back to tabs.
Problem keeps happening.

Micker, its not on admin area... Its on user area. When a user creates and sends a new item. Check below:

please be more precise ... its only on front-end we search a lot for noting
i think you find a little bug but like works
=> this message is display because type isn't define at first in your menu link if you choose and save no more message all is good
=> you can select type peer menu link to be more precise and auto select type category etc for your user
we will investigate it
