"Update temporary item data" won't clear following upgrade to J4

Hello,
I'm testing upgrading websites from Joomla 3 to 4 and I ran into an issue with Flexicontent. When I try to clear the post-installation tasks, Update temporary item data persists in there. I tried disabling all Flexicontent extensions and reinstalling but no luck. If I uninstall Flexicontent and then install it seems to work however I lose all the Flexicontent data so it's not an option. Have you run into this issue at all?

2 try to disable all cache
3 deconnect and reconnect to your site
4 check in other browser

I first tried on local and then put the site on our staging server
Cache is off
I also tried it with a different Joomla site and same issue
Checked in Chrome and Firefox

hello i think you have database problem
1 in phpmyadmin repair database
2 backup your bdd
3 you can truncate flexicontent_items_tmp table

I don't have phpmyadmin on the server, I use Sequel Pro to access the DB.
I truncated the table you indicated but it didn't resolve the issue.

very strange i didn't found error in browser ... maybe a problem on bdd with content
can you try a fresh installation on same server to be sure that not a flexicontent problem (with your server)

I'm off this week but next week I'll try to setup and upgrade the site on Siteground. If this results in the same error, woukd it be possible for me to send you a JPA and you could try on your end? 

Anything to keep in mind when I upgrade, any special FC related steps I need to take?
