hello in your tool bar editor (jce admin)
drag and drop joomla icon in visible too bar edition => you will have flexicontent link system
FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

I found this in the default profile but nothing change with or without this configuration
Joomla 3.9.14 /3.6.5 FLEXIcontent v 3.3.1.6
