I remember this error, i had it too, ... i think, fo me it was loading jquery twice or something.

I sent you a personal, to give me access,

I will take a quick look, and if i see it is a flexicontent bug i will look at it further.

Regards

At least one source file is not as it supposed to be.
Have you changed any files?

Manually edit file:

administrator/component/com_flexicontent/views/fileselement/tmpl/image.php

find line about 180:
Code:
<a style="cursor:pointer" id="file<?php echo $row->id;?>" onclick="javascript:qffileselementadd( ...

it should be as:
Code:
<a style="cursor:pointer" id="file<?php echo $row->id;?>" onclick="javascript:qffileselementadd(this, '<?php echo $row->id;?>', '<?php echo str_replace( array("'", "\""), array("\\'", ""), $row->filename ); ?>');">

Maybe (backup) and try reinstalling 1.5.4 without un-installing.
And the reply bugfixes for minigallery and file-manager

I thought you had v1.5.4.
If you have changed your template file backup them, to have them as reference.

Don't uninstall, just upgrade, and it should work without problems.

Then reapply the previous patches
