Field Plugin Loaded in Cat view, when not defined to was created by AsCiix

Hello,

Don't know if this is Flexicontent default or if it's just fleximaps (From Orchid).

I have Fleximap field loaded in "Item Layout", and not in "Category Layout" but viewing my source code when visiting Category it's there, I can see all my settings defined to Fleximap. Example:

I found this because IE throw me errors visiting Category, and guess by what:

Yes, it's because Fleximaps is loaded, if I disable it, no error displayed.

Another thing, Viewing "Item" IE dont show any error.

Is this normal? How can I force Fleximaps not to be loaded in Category View (Since it's not defined to, and not needed there)?

do you try to contact orchid ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello micker,

Yes I did, point them to this topic. But still no answer.

Like I said, I posted here, because I dont know if its flexicontent issue or fleximaps.

Humm thank you,
I tried to adapt that but nothing seems to fix it.

It's a normal behavior from flexicontent to load all the fields in cat view, even when they are not needed? Strange
