I just upgraded to 1.5.6_final_r1648 on my testing machine. I have an event calendar where registered users can enter events. Start- and end-date are madatory fields. After upgradeing to r1648 (Joomla 1.5.26) my date fields are completely gone in the frontend submission form.

Micker, you are right: They are gone in the backend too.
And yes, I have a frontend form override but the only change that was made there is the insertion of the itemid so the articles can be submitted by regisetered members without prior review by an admin. (See <!-- l --><a class="postlink-local" href="

ggppdk, I'll bring the testserver publicly onine tomorrow so you can access it. At the moment it doesn't have a namerserver entry so it's only accessible if you enter the ip to the hosts file. I've reactivatd your Superamin account. Do you still have your login or should I resend them via PM?
