intro / full images not displaying

when I load a category or item view the intro / full images do not display. When I look at the image src value I'm seeing:

http://domain_name.com/components/com_flexicontent/librairies/phpthumb/phpThumb.php?src=/images/stories/flexicontent/intro_full/l_1960x540_pri_homepage_Mar2021.jpg&w=1408&h=500&aoe=1&q=95&zc=1&f=jpg

instead of: http://domain_name.com/images/stories/flexicontent/intro_full/l_1960x540_pri_homepage_Mar2021.jpg (which loads correctly).

The only change I made was to add a new tag.  How can I get the intro and full image urls to be relative instead of absolute?

this url is a thumb generator url that say you use use crop or rezize image on fly option, instead of thumbs (L, M or S)

Using FLEXIcontent v 3.39
Using the Rockettheme.com Fluent template
This is happening in the the Category and item views
It has been working correctly.

Sorry...I created a template and have been using it for a couple of years now. (offers)
Single Content Item layout = basic
Content lists Category layout = columned listing.

I found for the intro image in the category_item.php file (lines 239-242):

$thumb = JUri::base(true).'/components/com_flexicontent/librairies/phpthumb/phpThumb.php?src='.$base_url.$src.$conf;
} else {
// Do not resize image when (a) image src path not set or (b) using image field's already created thumbnails
$thumb = $src;

If I change (true) to (false) would that fix?

the full image is actually being loaded using the Flexicontent - Universal Content module. Not sure how to edit to resolve???

If that helps??? Again it has been working...not sure what changed that caused this.

I think you need to check option in your template

I cannot find option in template for this. Can you point me in the right direction? Also, will editing the template correct for the module (full image) that is doing the same thing?

Hello in your template you have a field tab you Can select how field image IS selected and size

Those settings haven’t changed. Category uses intro image with dimensions set, item uses full image with dimensions set. The url has always been relative, but for some reason is now including a path that returns a 403 error (see above). Trying to get it to use the relative path only. Found code in category view that when commented out fixes that but cannot find how to edit module (carousel view) to fix that.
