hello can you test with last master ? github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck/issues/1089

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hi, nope, still same error.
I tested like this:

- download FC from github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck.git
- install FC by uploading zip
(FC now has the same version as before though: 4.2.1 Release date: 2023-07-15 )
- clear caches
- retry to delete seemingly unused, and seemingly used files (in order to provoke different returns like OK, Error "file(s) in use")
