without more information difficult to debug i didn't use falang
FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

The main this is that the request apps24.org/index.php?option=com_flexicon...647&xid=main&lang=ru
returns a 500 error.

Which additional information you need?
You can also test with free version of Falang.
