Permissions panel, no icons

Permissions panel, no icons was created by cuby

After I installed FlexiAccess in the panel I'm not able to change the persmissions because of the fact that there are no red and green icons. Instead of the icons it shows only the word 'change'. See screenshot.
Joomla version 1.5.22
FLEXIcontent version 1.5.3c stable (r354)
FLEXIaccess version 1.0.5

hello
try to reinstall flexiaccess
clean cache and cache expired
desactived plugin for mootools compatibility

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

I reinstalled FLEXIaccess, cleaned cache and expired cache, but this did not help.
What plugin do you mean, is this a standard plugin? I can only find a Mootools upgrade plugin, which is not published.
