ok !
it important to update flexiaccess position ?
-support is killed ?
-update is killed ?
that is the position of manu
it confused for user and not simply for team

for new of dev i think a new category (example blog dev)
and we use universal module to display it site

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Also we could use the new faq template for grouping these items under a category name.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Like this Zoo documentation page (uses Zoo obviously)
www.yootheme.com/zoo/apps/index.php?opti...gory_id=148&Itemid=9
and like this JomSocial doc page
www.jomsocial.com/support/docs.html

The JomSocial docs page actually uses FLEXIcontent.
Isn't that where we got the basis of n the FAQ template?

Push all the items links forward onto one easy-to-scan page.
Good usability.

And the same thing for our Extensions directory.
Like the JED, but with items on the page, not sub-categories.

Like JomSocial Add-ons directory (uses Mosets Tree)
www.jomsocial.com/download/addons.html
and like Kunena Extensions Directory (uses Mosets Tree)
www.kunena.org/ked

Tonight I got the Extensions categories updated and reorganized.
Moved around some of the items into these new categories.
Now going to see how it looks with that FAQ template.
This will be a rather messy work-in-progress for a few days.
;)

I do not understand.
Please explain more.

You may have noticed I have now moved the blog posts from the Home page into a Blog menu item.
This cleans-up the Home page as a first step towards improving the usefulness.

I have been playing with the FC Universal module on my testing website.
We can have the latest blog posts linked on the home page that way.
More to do . . .

Not sure what you mean about "example blog dev".
Please explain more.

sorry my english is soo poor ...
what is the futur for flexiaccess ...
i didn't think it a community project and it difficult to do support ...
i think it important to choose a position for visibility ... maybe asking to manu

yes this template for documentation is great i vote for it !

"example blog dev" a specific category for dev information :
-roadmap
-changelog
-life of composant for testing annonce (other stable version)
...

ken you install joomfish but i can use it with item ... maybe no activade for flexicontent ?

thanks for your works !

- Updated the Advanced Module Manager from 2.2.16 to 2.3.0 using the NoNumber Manager

2012-01-19
- Installed Cache Cleaner via NoNumber Manager
- - (unpublished item still appeared in front-end, clearing cache did not help, deleted the item)
- Fixed AllVideos Reloaded Vimeo player embed code to enable the fullscreen button

2012-01-18
- Changed - New User Account Activation to On in Joomla configuration
- - so now the users will have to respond to an email to activate the account

- - not sure why this was not enabled - seems odd to allow registration with no confirmation

Updated Joomla to v2.5.18
Updated Joomla! Full French (fr-FR) Language Package version 2.5.18v1
Updated CTransifex Core

The Redirect component URL list was almost 47,000 entries.
No way to purge and deleting that in 100 item increments would take forever.
Installed Adminer and truncated the j25_redirect_links table.
Deleted 46,920 records.
Disabled the Redirect system plug-in.
Redirect should not be left on all the time.

Previously on J1.5 we had Akeeba Backup Pro.
It also included the forum database in the backups.
Akeeba Backup Core does not back-up databases other than the core Joomla.
So there is no forum database in the back-up files now.
I used Akeeba Backup Core to back-up the website database and files.
Then used Adminer to dump the forum database.

We should change the location of the back-up files from the default location.

I do not have the new FTP login info.
Need that to download back-up files, update the forum, etc.

Set-up Google Analytics account.
Installed Google Analytics plug-in for Joomla.
Added GA code to forum header template.

Added 3 websites to GA and Google Webmaster Tools
- www.flexicontent.org
- demo.flexicontent.org
- mobile.flexicontent.org

Installed FLEXIcontent TopMenu Icon module.

Edited all 35 Testimonial items.
Fixed spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Edited CSS to get rid of justified text.

Edited all 40 Showcase items.
Fixed spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Fixed 4 broken links to the websites.
Edited the "Site type" for all items.
"Official site" tells Showcase viewers nothing useful.

Enabled Breadcrumbs module on all pages.
It was only enabled on the Home page (which makes no sense).
Still need to fix the FC category settings to eliminate the duplicates in the breadcrumbs.

Got rid of that horrible dark red on the labels.
A label should not have the greatest visual weight on the entire page.
Bad design.

Georgios,
Some of the Bootstrap CSS is overriding the FC CSS.
This causes problems in the FC templates, etc.
We need to add this issue to the future ToDo list – review FC CSS interactions with Bootstrap.
They need to play nice with each other.
I guess the FC classes need to be more specific, or adopt some of the Bootstrap classes.

Either way the FC users are going to have CSS issues unless we do something.
