Dear ggppdk and other FLEXIcontent developers
like many of you, I follow the roadmap of joomla and since the annonce of 2.5, the next Long Term Support (LTS), of our prefered CMS, I'm try to plan my own roadmap for my biggest site in J!1.5.

No Jupgrade supports K2 and Kunena. Is it planified for FlexiContent too ?

In fact, I can see the huge work on Flexi 2.0 and 1.5.6.. I don't know how difficult is it to work to an integration with Jupgrade.
In the other hand, J!1.7 and higher is really a great CMS (especially with FlexiContent), better than J!1.5 certainly.
I would like working on my roadmap to migrate my websites in 2012, and especially the largest of them, for which FLEXIcontent is the "heart".
So, just to know how work this year, can you answer those questions :

1. Is is planified an esay way to upgrade from J!1.5 ?
2. If yes : an idea of when this tool could be finalized ?
3. If no : First step of my roadmap : learnig SQL ! ;-)

Tables for FLEXIcontent versions are almost 100% same, only configuration data for some options is different, so if it is possible to upgrade joomla J1.5 articles and categories to J2.5, then it will be possible for FLEXIcontent too, but we have not done this yet and thus see what issues will need to be resolved and make an upgrade script.

My other answer is rather recent, yes we have not done this yet, besides our final version for J2.5 is not out yet, although it is coming.

Regards
