Problem with published Articles with status draft

Hello.

I have a problem with auto-"published" articles.
The option "auto-publishing" is off.
New article-state is draft.

If i submit an articel as author it get the state draft but i can see it in the frontend even though it displays the state draft in backend.
When i edit the articel in backend as admin without changing anything and reapply it,it disappears...

This is bug already fixed in Flexicontent v1.5.6

To patch you current version, goto file:
components/com_flexicontent/models/category.php

replace all occurrences of: with

Thanks for the solution, but there is another problem i have not realized before.

It seems that the option "new item state" does not work...
If i set it to another value than "draft" new items get "draft"-state anyway.

This happened after modification? you only changed the above file right?

no i think it was there before the modification. But i have not realized it.
I have undo the modification and the probleme is there, too.
