I downloaded the Flexcontent with him because I realized that I could create a structure as shown in Faq. Like this link: www.flexicontent.org/extensions.html

I'm a little lost, I would ask how I can do this? Or has a tutorial for this purpose.

Using Joomla 2.5 and 2.0 RC5 r1272 fexcontent

This are the minimum requirements:

1 - Create a TYPE of content called: FAQ
2 - Create a category called FAQ and in the rigth sidebar select as default layout "PRESENTATION"
3 - Create an Item called FAQ and associate it to the FAQ CATEGORY
4 - Create a Menu Item called FAQ with the category view and associate it to the FAQ CATEGORY
5 - Test it

Resume: type FAQ, category FAQ with the presentation template, item FAQ -> category FAQ, menu FAQ -> category FAQ.

I think with this you can set it. Did this make sense?

Unfortunately I lost long hours trying to do something similar. And it was all in vain. I followed all the explanations of the five steps explained by algardata.

I figured it would be practical to create a structure similar to these faq sutes used:

www.jomsocial.com/support/docs.html
stackideas.com/docs.html
www.flexicontent.org/extensions.html

It gets a little dificel illustrate certain questions when the forum does not accept images attached (Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached).
We also found no tutorial or help document.

Did you try using the "FAQ" template category layout on a category that contains your FAQ categories?

e.g.
- Create a category FAQ to contain your categories
- Assign FAQ template to the FAQ category
- Set "Display subcategory items" to "1st level subcategories" in the item list
- Create a Joomla menu item that points to the category
