There is no target attributes for file filed in HTML.

But, I think I found issue.

When I use link

FC detects size:

www.dropbox.com/preview/Monosnap/2017-10-20%2009-40-23.jpg

But this is not file, this a simple page.

So, when size is detected - URLs opens in same tab.

I have deleted size in DB using MYSQL Client - and now link opens in new tab.

The question is why FC detects size from this URL:

Hello

then we can also check the file type given by server
if response is 'text/HTML' or 'text/*'

then open in new tab
